In metal surface finishing, an AFP Machine is used to apply an anti-fingerprint coating on stainless steel sheets or plates. The coating helps protect the metal surface from fingerprints, oil stains, water marks, oxidation and light scratches, while keeping the surface clean and easier to maintain.
A LEBON AFP Machine is a surface coating machine designed for stainless steel decorative sheets, especially after 8K mirror, No.4, Hairline or Scotch-Brite finishing. It applies a thin transparent protective coating on the finished metal surface to improve stain resistance, corrosion resistance and surface durability.
The LEBON AFP Machine is designed for anti-fingerprint coating treatment of stainless steel sheets and plates. It can be used after polishing, brushing or grinding processes to protect the finished surface and improve product value.
The machine usually includes feeding, surface cleaning, coating application, leveling, drying/curing and film laminating sections. With stable coating control, uniform application and continuous processing, it helps customers produce high-quality stainless steel decorative sheets for elevator panels, kitchen equipment, appliance panels and architectural decoration.

Feeding Section
The stainless steel sheet is fed into the AFP coating line through the conveyor system.
Surface Cleaning Section
The sheet surface is cleaned to remove dust, oil, fingerprints and polishing residue before coating.
Anti-Fingerprint Coating Section
A thin anti-fingerprint coating is applied evenly on the stainless steel surface.
Leveling Section
The coating layer is leveled to ensure smooth, uniform and consistent surface coverage.
Drying / Curing Section
The coated sheet passes through a heating or curing system to improve coating adhesion and durability.
Film Laminating Section
If required, protective film is applied to protect the coated surface during handling and transportation.
Finished AFP Surface
The final stainless steel sheet has improved fingerprint resistance, stain resistance and surface protection.
