Working Process

Feeding Section

The metal sheet or plate is fed into the machine through the conveyor system. Stable feeding ensures smooth movement and keeps the brushing direction straight and consistent.

Surface Grinding Section

The abrasive belt or brush roller removes minor scratches, oxide marks and surface defects from the metal surface. This step helps prepare the material for uniform brushing.

Brushing Section

The brushing unit creates a satin, hairline or decorative brushed texture on the metal surface. Brushing pressure, abrasive grit and conveyor speed can be adjusted according to the required finish.

Cooling or Dust Collection Section

For wet processing, coolant or grinding liquid helps reduce heat and improve surface quality. For dry processing, a dust collection system removes metal dust and keeps the working area cleaner.

Cleaning and Drying Section

After brushing, the surface is cleaned to remove dust, oil, residue and metal particles. The drying unit keeps the finished surface clean and ready for further processing.

Film Laminating Section

If required, a protective film is applied to the finished brushed surface to prevent scratches during handling, cutting, transportation and installation.
