Product Details

Product Overview

The LEBON Wet Scotch Brite Machine Line is a professional stainless steel surface finishing line used to produce a smooth, soft and uniform SB / Scotch Brite matte finish. Compared with dry SB finishing, the wet system provides better cooling and cleaner surface quality, especially for decorative stainless steel sheets that require stable appearance and reduced surface defects.

The line can be equipped with automatic feeding, wet Scotch Brite roller finishing, grinding liquid supply, filtration and recycling, cleaning, drying and optional protective film laminating systems. With adjustable roller pressure, variable conveyor speed and stable sheet feeding, the machine helps customers achieve consistent full-width surface quality and efficient production.

Key Features

Working Process

Feeding Section
The stainless steel sheet is fed into the line through the conveyor system. Stable feeding keeps the sheet flat and ensures consistent surface processing.

Wet Scotch Brite Finishing Section
Non-woven abrasive rollers process the sheet surface while grinding liquid or coolant is supplied. This creates a soft, uniform and matte SB surface.

Liquid Filtration and Recycling Section
Used grinding liquid is collected, filtered and recycled for reuse. This helps reduce waste, lower operating cost and maintain stable finishing quality.

Cleaning Section
After SB finishing, the surface is cleaned to remove grinding liquid, abrasive residue, oil, dust and metal particles.

Drying Section
The cleaned sheet passes through the drying unit to remove moisture and prevent water marks on the finished surface.

Film Laminating Section
If required, a protective film is applied to the finished SB surface to prevent scratches during handling, cutting and transportation.
