Product Overview

The LEBON Scotch-Brite Finishing Machine is a professional metal surface finishing machine specially designed for producing high-quality Scotch-Brite / SB brushed satin finishes on metal sheets and plates. It is widely used for surface finishing of stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, copper and other metal materials.

Compared with ordinary abrasive belt grinding, the Scotch-Brite finishing process creates a softer, smoother and more uniform matte satin texture. The finished surface has a refined decorative appearance, making it ideal for premium metal products, architectural decoration, interior design, industrial panels and high-end metal fabrication applications.

Working Process

1. Material Feeding

The metal sheet or plate is fed into the machine through the conveyor system. The stable feeding structure keeps the material flat and ensures consistent surface finishing during the whole process.

2. Surface Pre-Treatment

Before Scotch-Brite finishing, the surface can be lightly cleaned or pre-ground to remove dust, oil stains, minor scratches, oxidation marks and surface defects. This helps improve the final brushing quality.

3. Scotch-Brite Finishing

Non-woven abrasive rollers or Scotch-Brite finishing wheels contact the metal surface to create a soft, smooth and uniform matte satin texture. Roller pressure and conveyor speed can be adjusted according to the material type and required surface effect.

The machine is suitable for Scotch-Brite surface finishing on stainless steel, aluminum, titanium and copper, helping each material achieve a refined decorative brushed appearance.

4. Dust Collection or Wet Cooling

For dry processing, the dust collection system removes grinding dust, abrasive particles and metal powder.
For wet processing, coolant or grinding liquid helps reduce heat, improve surface smoothness and protect the material surface during finishing.

5. Surface Cleaning

After finishing, the surface is cleaned to remove dust, abrasive residue, metal particles and remaining processing liquid.

6. Drying Section

If wet processing or surface cleaning is used, the drying unit removes moisture from the metal surface to prevent water marks, stains and secondary contamination.

7. Protective Film Laminating

If required, protective film can be applied to the finished Scotch-Brite surface to prevent scratches during handling, cutting, transportation and further processing.

8. Finished Surface Output

The finished metal sheet has a soft, uniform and decorative Scotch-Brite matte satin finish. The surface is suitable for decorative panels, industrial metal products, elevator panels, appliance panels, kitchen equipment, architectural decoration and premium metal fabrication.
