The dry processing design does not require liquid circulation or wastewater treatment. Working Process

1. Material Feeding

The stainless steel sheet or plate is fed into the machine through the conveyor system. Stable feeding keeps the material flat and ensures consistent surface processing.

2. Dry Scotch Brite Finishing

Non-woven abrasive rollers or Scotch Brite rollers contact the sheet surface and create a soft, uniform matte satin texture. Roller pressure and conveyor speed can be adjusted according to the required finish.

3. Dust Collection

During dry finishing, grinding dust and surface particles are removed by the dust collection system. This helps keep the workshop cleaner and reduces dust contamination on the finished surface.

4. Surface Cleaning

After finishing, the surface can be cleaned to remove remaining dust, abrasive particles and metal residue.

5. Film Laminating

If required, a protective film is applied to the finished SB surface to prevent scratches during handling, cutting, transportation and further processing.
