LEBON Wet HL Finishing Machine is designed to produce a long, straight and uniform Hairline / HL finish on stainless steel sheets, plates and coils by using abrasive belts or brushing rollers together with grinding liquid or coolant. The wet finishing process helps reduce heat, control dust and improve surface smoothness, making it ideal for high-quality decorative stainless steel surface finishing.
A Wet HL Finishing Machine is a stainless steel surface finishing machine used to create a fine Hairline texture with the assistance of water-based grinding liquid, coolant or grinding oil. Compared with dry HL finishing, wet processing provides better cooling, less dust and a cleaner surface effect.
The LEBON Wet HL Finishing Machine uses high-speed abrasive belts or brushing rollers to create continuous Hairline lines on stainless steel surfaces. The wet system supplies grinding liquid during processing to reduce friction heat, prevent burning marks and improve surface consistency.
With stable feeding, adjustable brushing pressure, variable conveyor speed, liquid filtration and recycling, cleaning, drying and optional film laminating systems, the machine provides an efficient solution for high-end stainless steel decorative panels, elevator panels, appliance panels and architectural metal products.

The stainless steel sheet, plate or coil is fed into the machine through the conveyor system. Stable feeding helps keep the material flat and ensures straight Hairline direction.
High-speed abrasive belts or brushing rollers create long and fine Hairline lines on the stainless steel surface. Grinding liquid or coolant is supplied during processing to reduce heat and improve surface quality.
Used grinding liquid is collected, filtered and recycled for reuse. This helps reduce waste, lower operating cost and maintain stable finishing performance.
After brushing, the surface is cleaned to remove grinding liquid, dust, abrasive residue and metal particles.
The cleaned surface passes through the drying unit to remove moisture and prevent water marks.
If required, a protective film is applied to the finished HL surface to prevent scratches during handling, cutting and transportation.
The final stainless steel surface has a clean, long, straight and uniform Hairline texture, suitable for high-end decorative applications.
