LEBON Scotch Brite with Oscillator is designed for producing a soft, uniform and refined Scotch Brite / SB matte finish on stainless steel sheets and plates. The oscillating system allows the Scotch Brite roller or finishing head to move left and right during operation, helping reduce fixed roller marks, improve full-width consistency and create a smoother decorative surface.
The Scotch Brite with Oscillator Machine uses non-woven abrasive rollers together with controlled oscillation movement to achieve a more even and natural matte satin texture. Compared with a standard SB grinding machine, the oscillator design helps avoid repeated straight marks and improves surface uniformity across the sheet width.
With stable sheet feeding, adjustable roller pressure, variable conveyor speed and controlled oscillation, the machine is suitable for high-quality decorative stainless steel surface finishing. It can also be equipped with dust collection, cleaning, drying and optional protective film laminating systems according to customer requirements.

The stainless steel sheet or plate is fed into the machine through the conveyor system. Stable feeding keeps the material flat and ensures consistent surface finishing.
Before Scotch Brite finishing, the surface can be cleaned or lightly pre-ground to remove dust, oil stains, minor scratches and surface defects.
The non-woven Scotch Brite roller contacts the stainless steel surface and creates a soft, uniform and matte satin texture.
During finishing, the oscillator system moves the roller or grinding head left and right. This helps reduce fixed roller marks, repeated straight lines and uneven surface patterns.
Roller pressure, conveyor speed and oscillation frequency can be adjusted according to material thickness, surface condition and required SB finish effect.
For dry processing, the dust collection system removes grinding dust and abrasive particles. For wet processing, coolant or grinding liquid helps reduce heat and improve surface smoothness.
After finishing, the surface is cleaned to remove dust, abrasive residue, metal particles and surface contamination.
If required, protective film is applied to the finished Scotch Brite surface to prevent scratches during handling, cutting, transportation and further processing.
The final stainless steel surface has a soft, uniform and refined Scotch Brite matte finish with improved full-width consistency.
