The machine uses heavy-duty grinding heads or abrasive pads with controlled vibration movement to process thick stainless steel boards. Compared with standard thin sheet finishing, thick board vibration grinding requires stronger machine structure, stable plate support, higher grinding pressure control and reliable conveying performance.

Working Process

Plate Feeding
The thick stainless steel board is placed onto the feeding table and conveyed into the machine. Stable support keeps the plate flat during processing.

Surface Pre-Treatment
The surface can be cleaned or lightly ground to remove dust, oil, oxide marks and minor defects before vibration finishing.

Vibration Grinding
The abrasive grinding head contacts the plate surface and moves with controlled vibration or circular motion to create a random decorative pattern.

Pattern Adjustment
Grinding pressure, abrasive type, vibration movement and feeding speed are adjusted according to the required texture depth and surface effect.

Cleaning and Drying
After grinding, the surface is cleaned to remove abrasive dust, metal particles and grinding residue. Drying prevents water marks or contamination.

Finished Thick Board Surface
The final stainless steel board has a decorative non-directional vibration finish suitable for architectural and premium metal applications.
