Working Process
Feeding Section
The aluminum plate or sheet is fed into the machine through the conveyor system. Stable feeding keeps the material moving smoothly and helps ensure a consistent surface finish.
Surface Grinding Section
High-speed abrasive belts grind the aluminum surface to remove minor scratches, oxide layers, stains and uneven marks. This prepares the surface for polishing or brushing.
Polishing / Brushing Section
