Product Overview

The LEBON Anti-Fingerprint Pre-coated Machine is a professional surface coating line used for stainless steel decorative sheets, especially after 8K mirror, No.4, Hairline, Scotch-Brite or colored stainless steel finishing. The machine applies a thin and even transparent coating layer onto the metal surface to enhance surface protection and maintain the decorative appearance.

With stable feeding, precision coating, leveling, drying or curing, cooling and optional protective film laminating systems, the machine provides continuous and efficient anti-fingerprint treatment for high-quality stainless steel production. It is widely used for elevator panels, kitchen equipment, home appliance panels, architectural decoration and premium interior metal products.

Working Process

Feeding Section
The stainless steel sheet or coil is fed into the pre-coating line through the conveyor system.

Surface Cleaning Section
The surface is cleaned to remove dust, oil, fingerprints, water marks and polishing residue before coating.

Pre-coating Section
Anti-fingerprint coating liquid is applied evenly onto the stainless steel surface by roller coating or coating system.

Leveling Section
The coating layer is leveled to ensure smooth, thin and uniform surface coverage.

Drying / Curing Section
The coated material passes through the drying or curing system to improve coating adhesion, hardness and durability.

Cooling Section
After curing, the material is cooled to stabilize the coated surface before further handling.

Film Laminating Section
If required, protective film is applied to prevent scratches during cutting, transportation and installation.

Finished AFP Surface
The final surface has better fingerprint resistance, stain resistance, corrosion protection and easy-clean performance.
