Working Progress

1. Material Feeding

The stainless steel sheet, plate or coil is fed into the machine through the conveyor system. Stable feeding keeps the material moving smoothly and ensures straight Hairline direction.

2. Surface Pre-Grinding

The material surface is lightly ground to remove minor scratches, oxide marks and surface defects. This prepares the surface for a clean and uniform HL finish.

3. Dry Hairline Brushing

High-speed abrasive belts or brushing rollers create long, fine and continuous Hairline lines on the stainless steel surface. The final texture can be adjusted by belt grit, brushing pressure and feeding speed.

4. Dust Collection

Because the process is dry, grinding dust is collected by the dust collection system. This helps keep the working environment cleaner and reduces dust on the finished surface.

5. Surface Cleaning

After brushing, the surface is cleaned to remove remaining dust, abrasive particles and metal residue.

6. Protective Film Laminating

If required, a protective film is applied to the finished HL surface to prevent scratches during handling, cutting, transportation and further processing.
