The LEBON Stainless Steel Scotch Brite Polishing Machine is a professional surface finishing machine for stainless steel decorative sheet processing. It is used to improve surface appearance, remove minor marks and produce a consistent matte satin texture.

Compared with ordinary abrasive belt grinding, Scotch Brite polishing creates a softer and more refined surface effect. The machine can be equipped with adjustable roller pressure, variable conveyor speed, dust collection or wet cooling system, cleaning and drying unit, and optional protective film laminating system.

Working Process

1. Material Feeding

The stainless steel sheet or plate is fed into the machine through the conveyor system. Stable feeding keeps the material flat and ensures consistent surface polishing.

2. Surface Pre-Treatment

The stainless steel surface can be lightly ground or cleaned before polishing to remove minor scratches, dust, oil stains or surface defects.

3. Scotch Brite Polishing

Non-woven Scotch Brite abrasive rollers polish the stainless steel surface to create a soft, uniform and matte satin texture. Roller pressure and feeding speed can be adjusted according to the required surface effect.

4. Dust Collection or Wet Cooling

For dry polishing, the dust collection system removes grinding dust and abrasive particles. For wet polishing, coolant or grinding liquid helps reduce heat and improve surface smoothness.

5. Surface Cleaning

After Scotch Brite polishing, the surface is cleaned to remove dust, residue, abrasive particles and metal powder.

6. Drying Section

If wet processing or cleaning is used, the drying unit removes moisture from the surface to prevent water marks.

7. Protective Film Laminating

If required, a protective film is applied to the finished Scotch Brite surface to prevent scratches during handling, cutting, transportation and further processing.

8. Finished SB Surface Output

The finished stainless steel sheet has a soft, smooth and uniform Scotch Brite matte finish, suitable for decorative panels, elevator interiors, appliance panels and architectural applications.
