Product Details

Product Overview

The LEBON Stainless HL Grinding Machine uses abrasive belt grinding and controlled brushing technology to create a continuous Hairline finish on stainless steel surfaces. Compared with No.4 finish, Hairline has a longer, finer and more directional line texture, making it ideal for high-end decorative stainless steel products.

The machine can be configured with stable feeding, adjustable grinding pressure, variable speed control, cleaning, drying and optional protective film laminating systems. It is widely used for elevator panels, architectural decoration, appliance panels, interior wall panels and premium stainless steel decorative sheets.

Key Features

Working Processing

1. Material Feeding

The stainless steel sheet, plate or coil is fed into the machine through the conveyor system. Stable feeding helps keep the material moving smoothly and ensures straight Hairline direction.

2. Surface Grinding

High-speed abrasive belts grind the stainless steel surface to remove minor scratches, oxide marks and surface defects. This step prepares the surface for a clean and uniform Hairline finish.

3. HL / Hairline Brushing

The Hairline brushing section creates long, straight and continuous fine lines on the stainless steel surface. Belt grit, grinding pressure and feeding speed can be adjusted according to the required Hairline effect.

4. Cooling or Dust Control

For wet-type machines, grinding liquid or coolant is supplied to reduce heat, control dust and prevent burning marks. For dry-type machines, a dust collection system can be added to keep the workshop cleaner.

5. Cleaning Section

After grinding and brushing, the surface is cleaned to remove grinding dust, oil, abrasive residue and metal particles.

6. Drying Section

The cleaned surface is dried to prevent water marks and keep the finished Hairline surface clean.

7. Film Laminating

If required, a protective film is applied to the finished HL surface to prevent scratches during handling, cutting, transportation and further processing.

8. Finished HL Surface

The final stainless steel surface has a long, straight and uniform Hairline texture, suitable for elevator panels, decorative sheets, appliance panels and architectural decoration.
