Working Process

Uncoiling Section

The metal coil is loaded onto the uncoiler and opened automatically. The uncoiling system provides continuous material feeding for stable coil-to-coil production.

Coil Feeding Section

The coil is guided into the machine through the feeding and leveling system. Stable feeding helps keep the material flat and ensures a straight processing direction.

Surface Grinding Section

High-speed abrasive belts grind the metal coil surface to remove minor scratches, oxide marks, stains and surface defects. Grinding pressure and belt grit can be adjusted according to the required finish.

Brushing / Finishing Section

The brushing section creates a uniform No.4, Hairline, satin or decorative surface texture. Conveyor speed, belt speed and pressure are controlled to achieve consistent grain direction and surface quality.

Cooling or Dust Collection Section

For wet grinding, coolant or grinding liquid is supplied to reduce heat and improve surface smoothness. For dry grinding, a dust collection system removes metal dust and keeps the working environment cleaner.

Cleaning and Drying Section

After grinding and brushing, the coil surface is cleaned to remove dust, oil, residue and metal particles. The drying unit prevents water marks and prepares the surface for laminating or recoiling.

Film Laminating Section

If required, a protective film is applied to the finished coil surface to prevent scratches during recoiling, transportation, cutting and further processing.

Recoiling Section

The finished metal coil is recoiled automatically after surface finishing. The final coil has a uniform brushed or ground surface and is ready for storage, shipment or further production.
