Unlike No.4 or Hairline finishes, which have straight brushing lines, the vibration finish has a non-directional swirl, cloud-like or random scratch pattern. This gives the stainless steel surface a unique decorative appearance and can help make small scratches less obvious during use.

The machine normally uses abrasive grinding pads, grinding heads or vibration polishing units. During processing, the grinding head moves with a controlled vibration or circular motion on the stainless steel surface to form a uniform random texture.

Working Process

Feeding Section
The stainless steel sheet is fed into the machine through the conveyor system. Stable feeding keeps the sheet flat and ensures consistent surface processing.

Vibration Grinding Section
The grinding head or abrasive unit moves with controlled vibration motion to create a random decorative texture on the stainless steel surface.

Pressure and Speed Adjustment
