Working Process

Coil Loading
The metal coil is loaded onto the uncoiler by crane, forklift or coil car.

Uncoiling
The coil is opened and fed into the slitting line smoothly.

Guiding and Alignment
The strip is guided and aligned to ensure accurate slitting position.

Slitting Section
Rotary slitting knives cut the wide coil into narrow strips according to the required width.

Scrap Edge Recoiling
Trimmed edge scrap is collected and wound separately.

Tension Control
The slit strips pass through the tension system to ensure stable recoiling.

Recoiling Section
The finished narrow strips are recoiled into tight and even coils.
