Product Overview

The LEBON Anti-Fingerprint Nano-Coating Machine is a professional surface coating line used after stainless steel surface finishing processes such as 8K mirror polishing, No.4 brushing, Hairline finishing, Scotch-Brite finishing or colored stainless steel processing.

The machine applies a controlled nano-scale anti-fingerprint coating onto the metal surface through a precision coating system. After coating, drying and curing, the finished stainless steel surface becomes easier to clean and more resistant to fingerprints, stains, moisture and light surface contamination.

With stable feeding, precision coating control, leveling, drying or curing, cooling and optional protective film laminating systems, the machine provides an efficient solution for high-value decorative stainless steel production.

Working Process

Feeding Section
The stainless steel sheet or coil is fed into the nano-coating line through the conveyor system.

Surface Cleaning Section
The surface is cleaned to remove dust, oil, fingerprints, water marks and polishing residue before coating.

Nano-Coating Section
Nano anti-fingerprint coating liquid is applied evenly onto the stainless steel surface to form a thin protective layer.

Leveling Section
The coating layer is leveled to ensure smooth, uniform and consistent surface coverage.

Drying / Curing Section
The coated material passes through the drying or curing system to improve coating adhesion, hardness and durability.

Cooling Section
After curing, the coated surface is cooled and stabilized before further handling.

Protective Film Laminating Section
If required, protective film is applied to prevent scratches during cutting, transportation and installation.
