LEBON Anti-Fingerprint Film Coating Machine is designed for applying a thin, uniform protective anti-fingerprint coating film on stainless steel sheets, plates or coils. It is commonly used after 8K mirror, No.4, Hairline, Scotch-Brite or colored stainless steel finishing to improve fingerprint resistance, stain resistance, corrosion protection and easy-clean performance.
The LEBON Anti-Fingerprint Film Coating Machine is a professional surface coating line for decorative stainless steel materials. The machine applies an even transparent protective film coating on the finished metal surface, helping reduce fingerprints, oil stains, water marks and surface contamination while maintaining the original decorative appearance.
With stable feeding, precision coating control, drying or curing system, cooling section and optional protective film laminating, the machine provides efficient and consistent anti-fingerprint treatment for high-value stainless steel products.

Feeding Section
The stainless steel sheet or coil is fed into the coating line through the conveyor system.
Surface Cleaning Section
The surface is cleaned to remove dust, oil, fingerprints and polishing residue before coating.
Film Coating Section
Anti-fingerprint coating liquid is applied evenly onto the metal surface to form a thin protective coating film.
Leveling Section
The coating layer is leveled to ensure smooth, uniform and consistent coverage.
Drying / Curing Section
The coated material passes through the drying or curing system to improve coating adhesion, hardness and durability.
Cooling Section
After curing, the material is cooled to stabilize the coated surface.
Protective Film Laminating Section
If required, protective film is applied to prevent scratches during handling, cutting and transportation.
