Feeding Section

The titanium sheet or plate is fed into the machine through the conveyor system. Stable feeding ensures smooth movement and helps keep the surface finishing direction consistent.

Surface Grinding Section

High-speed abrasive belts grind the titanium surface to remove minor scratches, oxide layers and surface defects. This step improves surface flatness and prepares the material for brushing or polishing.

Brushing Section

The brushing unit creates a uniform satin, straight-line or hairline texture on the titanium surface. Belt grit, grinding pressure and feeding speed can be adjusted according to the required finish.

Polishing Section

Cooling or Dust Control Section
