Material Preparation

Stainless steel sheets or coils are selected according to production requirements. The material surface should be flat, clean and free from visible scratches, oxidation marks or surface defects.

Surface Cleaning

Before polishing, the material surface is cleaned by chemical or physical methods, such as pickling, degreasing or electrolytic treatment, to remove oil, dust, oxide scale and other impurities.

Coarse Grinding
