Feeding Section

The copper sheet or plate is fed into the machine through the conveyor system. Stable feeding keeps the material moving smoothly and ensures consistent surface processing.

Surface Grinding Section

High-speed abrasive belts grind the copper surface to remove minor scratches, oxidation marks, stains and surface defects. This step improves surface flatness and prepares the material for polishing.

Polishing Section

Brushing Section
