LEBON 8K Mirror Finishing Machine is designed for high-quality mirror polishing of stainless steel sheets and plates. It produces a bright, uniform, directionless and highly reflective 8K mirror surface, suitable for premium decorative and industrial applications.

The machine integrates grinding, polishing compound circulation, cleaning, drying and protective film lamination processes. After grinding, the stainless steel sheet enters the polishing section, where the polishing compound is evenly applied to the surface and polished by high-speed rotating buffing wheels until a super mirror finish is achieved.

With stable operation, automatic thickness adjustment and an efficient compound recycling system, this machine delivers excellent surface quality, high productivity and low operating cost.

Working Process

  1. Grinding Section
    The stainless steel sheet is first processed by grinding wheels or abrasive tools to improve surface flatness and roughness.

  2. Polishing Section
    Polishing compound is continuously supplied to the sheet surface. High-speed buffing wheels polish the surface until a mirror-like finish is achieved.

  3. Compound Recycling System
    Used polishing compound is filtered and recycled for reuse, reducing waste and operating cost.

  4. Cleaning and Drying Section
    After polishing, the sheet is cleaned and dried to remove residual compound and moisture.

  5. Film Laminating Section
    A protective film is applied to the polished surface for safe handling, transportation or further processing.
