Product Overview

The LEBON Automatic Laminating Machine is an important auxiliary machine for metal surface finishing production lines. After polishing, grinding, brushing or coating, the machine applies a protective film evenly onto the metal surface to keep the finished product clean and protected during cutting, transportation, storage and installation.

With stable material feeding, adjustable laminating pressure, film tension control and smooth roller application, the machine helps ensure flat film adhesion without bubbles, wrinkles or surface damage. It can be used as a standalone machine or integrated with 8K mirror polishing lines, No.4 / HL grinding lines, Scotch Brite finishing lines, AFP coating lines and cut-to-length lines.

Working Process

Material Feeding
The finished metal sheet, plate or coil is fed into the laminating machine through the conveyor system.

Surface Preparation
The surface should be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, water marks or grinding residue before film application.

Film Unwinding
The protective film roll is installed on the film holder and unwound automatically with controlled tension.

Film Laminating
The film is pressed evenly onto the metal surface by laminating rollers. Pressure and speed can be adjusted according to material thickness and film type.

Film Trimming
If required, excess film edges can be trimmed to match the sheet or coil width.

Finished Output
The laminated metal sheet or coil exits the machine with a smooth protective film layer, ready for handling, cutting, packaging or shipment.
