Working Process

Plate Feeding
The heavy metal plate is fed into the machine through the feeding roller table.

Leveling Adjustment
The operator sets the leveling gap and pressure according to plate thickness, material type and deformation condition.

Roller Leveling
The plate passes through multiple leveling rollers. Controlled pressure bends the plate repeatedly in small amounts to remove waves and improve flatness.

Stress Reduction
