LEBON Fully Automatic Scotch Brite (SB) Machine Line is designed for automatic surface finishing of stainless steel sheets and plates to produce a soft, uniform and matte Scotch Brite / SB finish. It uses non-woven abrasive rollers or Scotch Brite grinding units, combined with automatic feeding, surface finishing, cleaning, drying and optional film laminating systems, to achieve stable and efficient decorative stainless steel production.

Product Overview

The LEBON Fully Automatic Scotch Brite (SB) Machine Line is a complete stainless steel surface finishing line for producing high-quality matte satin surfaces. Compared with simple manual polishing or single-machine finishing, the automatic line provides more stable feeding, more consistent surface texture and higher production efficiency.

The line can be equipped with multiple Scotch Brite roller units, adjustable pressure control, variable conveyor speed, dust collection or wet cleaning system, drying unit and protective film laminating section. It is suitable for decorative stainless steel sheets, elevator panels, kitchen equipment, home appliance panels, architectural decoration and high-end interior metal products.

Working Process

Sheet Feeding
The stainless steel sheet is automatically fed into the line through the conveyor system.

SB Roller Finishing
Scotch Brite or non-woven abrasive rollers process the sheet surface to create a soft matte satin finish.

Pressure and Speed Control
Roller pressure and conveyor speed are adjusted according to material thickness and required surface effect.

Dust Collection / Cleaning
Dust or surface residue is removed to keep the finished surface clean.

Drying Section
If wet cleaning is used, the drying unit removes moisture and helps prevent water marks.

Film Laminating
A protective film can be applied to protect the finished SB surface from scratches.

Finished Sheet Output
The final sheet has a clean, uniform and decorative Scotch Brite matte finish.
