Our customer, a leading aluminum plate processor in India, needed a reliable solution to produce high-quality brushed aluminum surfaces for heavy aluminum plates while increasing production capacity and reducing processing costs.
To meet these requirements, LEBON designed and manufactured a custom three-belt aluminum plate brushing machine specifically for their production.
The customer processes aluminum plates with the following specifications:
Material: Aluminum Plate
Thickness: 4–20 mm
Maximum Width: 1,600 mm
Surface Finish: Uniform and delicate brushed finish
Surface Roughness: Ra ≤ 0.2 μm
Production Speed: 5–15 m/min
The project required both high surface quality and high production efficiency, making machine stability and precision essential.
LEBON supplied a three-belt aluminum plate brushing machine specially designed for heavy aluminum plate processing.
The machine combines high-rigidity construction, stable belt pressure control, and precision conveying technology to achieve a consistent brushing effect across the entire plate width.
