LEBON MACHINERY has successfully delivered a single-head NO.4 belt grinding machine for backside finishing to our long-term Turkish customer NIKEL STAINLESS.

Backside grinding and brushing has become increasingly important due to the instability in the quality of stainless steel raw materials. By performing backside NO.4 grinding, internal stress in the sheet can be effectively released, resulting in flatter materials with reduced deformation. At the same time, the backside finish improves overall appearance quality, providing end customers with more reliable and premium materials.
This NO.4 backside grinding machine has been integrated into NIKEL’s existing DRY NO.4 & SB grinding production line supplied previously by LEBON. Through the use of servo systems and PLC programs, the machine offers simplified operation, higher stability, and improved efficiency for operators.
Enhancing intelligence, automation, and user-friendly operation remains a key direction in LEBON MACHINERY’s continuous technological development.
