Lebon sold the direct-connected 8K mirror polishing machine to Greman

       As early as 2012, LEBON Machinery has exported its self-developed direct-connected 8K mirror polishing machine to the big  manufacturing country, Germany.

      German CBM Metal is one of the largest metal processing manufacturers in Europe; LEBON Machinery participated in the EMO Hannover Exhibition in Germany, where CBM Metal noticed the direct-connected 8K polishing technology for the first time. This technology was our National Invention Patent; this technology solved many problems in the belt-type 8K polishing machine at that time; specifically, it completely eliminated the problem of inconsistent polishing and color difference, caused by the loose belt after a long-time processing. In the mirror polishing industry at that time, although the first-generation belt-type 8K mirror polishing machine had broken through the production capacity limitation of manual polishing, no company was able to solve the physical and mechanical problems of the belt-type polishing head (this innovation solved the problem!). CBM Metal is a benchmark in metal work in the world; so, they were keenly interested in LEBON's first-ever market-debut direct-connected polishing technology. Although they were interested, they had never cooperated with Chinese machinery manufacturers before. In order to dispel their doubts, we suggested CBM Metal to visit our Korean and Japanese customers to check our equipment and its on-site operations before discussing further about the cooperation with LEBON Machinery.

   Three months later, CBM Metal contacted us and said that they had seen our machines both in South Korea and Japan. Then, they flew to China to discuss about the cooperation with us in details. We knew that, except LEBON Machinery, the direct-connected technology could not be produced in the whole China nor they could be produced by EMEASA, Italy. So, we received the CBM team with great confidence and showed them the direct-connected machines, used by our Chinese customers once again. The results of the 8K polishing machine, the second-generation direct-coupled polishing technology developed by LEBON Machinery increased the production capacity by 10% than that of the belt-type 8K polishing machine and it also completely solved the problem of color differences.

 

   After 4 months in 2012, we delivered the first direct-connected 8K polishing machine to CBM Metal. With such technical advantages, CBM Metal won many international bidding projects and won the cooperation with several high-end elevator brands, such as Mitsubishi and ThyssenKrupp. Until today, CBM Metal has maintained a close cooperation with us.

  LEBON Machinery invests more than 5% of its annual sales in Research and Development. It has always put environmental protection in mind and only produces environmentally friendly machinery for customers around the world. We have also been on a quest to minimize the chemicals for 8K mirror polishing. We are proud to announce that from the first generation of belt-type 8K polishing machines to the third generation of pneumatic direct-coupled machinese, we have reduced the losses by 30% and increased year-on-year production capacity.
