Colored stainless-steel plate is definitely not a sprayed plate; its decorative effect and corrosion resistance are far superior to ordinary stainless-steel. Its resistance to wear, scratch and scrub is also higher and its machinability and other properties are similar as ordinary stainless-steel.

1. Application of color stainless-steel plate

Colored stainless-steel is not a color-coated steel plate and there is no paint on the surface and no toxicity. It forms a transparent oxide film on the surface of silver-white color, while other colors are formed through the interference effect of the oxide film on light. Color stainless-steel plate is suitable for hotels, guesthouses, entertainment venues, high-end brand stores, elevator car panels, carriage panels, hall wall panels, backgrounds, ceilings, architectural decoration, signboards etc.

2. Types of color stainless steel decorative panels

The color stainless-steel decorative plate has a variety of beautiful colors and rich patterns. Sandblasting board: The sandblasting board is used to make the surface of stainless-steel appearing sandy looks. The density of the sand surface is also divided into fine sand, medium sand, large sand etc. The density can also be produced according to the sample, forming a unique decorative effect.

Etched stainless-steel plate: The etched plate has richer styles; the bottom plate is made from mirror plate, wire drawing plate, sandblasting plate etc. and is patterned by printing titanium.

Water corrugated board: The water corrugated board is generally based on the color mirror panel and then presses the water corrugation, which is often used in KTV, clubs, ceilings, and other places.

Stainless-steel honeycomb panels: Honeycomb panels have been widely used in recent years due to their flatness, fire resistance, sound insulation, heat preservation and other characteristics. Its structural surface is a decorative stainless-steel plate; the bottom is made of galvanized steel plate; and the core material is an aluminum honeycomb core, which is compounded by a special adhesive.
