At the beginning of 2022, the aluminum company in Zhejiang ordered a set of Oil NO.4 (up and bottom surface to buffing) production line for thick aluminum plate from LEBON. The production line mainly includes: up-side No.4 finished machine, bottom side of No.4 finished machine, washing machine, drying machine, automatic laminating machine and other related supporting production equipment, which was successfully launched today.
Aluminum plate grinding and polishing (processing thickness with5-100mm) refers to grinding and processing NO.4 on the surface of aluminum plate with abrasive belt, and it is oil grinding. Drawing can be customized according to customer needs, usually NO.4 and HAIRLINE are required.
At present, more and more application fields are using the aluminum plate wire drawing process to play the role of beauty and corrosion resistance, making it both fashion and technology elements at the same time.
Oil No.4 grinding machine production line for Aluminum plate(up and bottom side to buffing), the final surface finished effect with double-sides showes drawing with clear lines. LEBON is the only manufacturer in China that can realize the one-time grinding/polishing of NO.4 finish for the up and bottom side on one production line. This technology currently has a national patent for LEBON.
